A personal answer to precognitive dreams. Have you ever wondered “Can dreams be premonitions of the future?” From my own personal dream experiences I can tell you, without a doubt, dreams can tell you what will happen in the future.
While there are many reasons given as to why do people dream I don’t have a good answer. Nor do I know the meaning behind dreams or if there is even a meaning to most dreams. I just know sometimes my dreams are precognitive.
How do I know dreams can tell the future? Because I’ve had dreams that came true. Can I prove this scientifically? Nope, not a chance. All I can offer as proof is my own personal experience and that just doesn’t satisfy science. However, it does satisfy me and several other people I know.
Not only do I have dreams of the future, sometimes I can make them happen. Most times when I do dream of the future I know during the dream that it is a dream that will come true. My precognitive dreams are not your normal dreams. No flying, no fantasy, no falling and none of the other mumbo jumbo that requires someone to do dream interpretation.
They are as real as reality is. Nothing weird happens. Actually, as far as dreams go they are pretty boring. There is also a feeling about them that I can’t explain but does tell me which dreams are real and which aren’t.

Do you exercise your power of choice to make you happy or do you use it and let it make you angry. You have free will to choose what you do, how you do it and how you feel. About everything.
Say you have three friends and one of them wins $100,000.00 in the lottery. Now 100K is not a lot of money. It seems that way until you start spending it and then you begin to realize how little it really is. It might be enough to get a new car and pay off some bills but it’s not really a life changing event. At least not in a huge way.
So your one friend won the money and she’s very happy. Of your other two friends one is bery happy for the winner and the other is very angry and upset that she didn’t win. Of the two the happy one says how glad she is her other friend won and that now she can get her life a little more straightened up and have a few of the things she really wants. She’s actually glad her friend won.
The other friend of yours is very upset and angry that your friend won. Bitter because she herself didn’t win and says disparaging things about the friend who won, how she didn’t need the money and how she needed it much more than the friend who won it.

Some people hear the term biofeedback and wonder what it means. Biofeedback means a lot to all of us, since it is a new tactic used in physical therapy to control pain and anxiety.
The concepts behind biofeedback are to influence the abilities to control natural functions of the body and mind. Our inner mind is used to help find ways to control pain and anxiety.
Biofeedback is a form of mind over matter. It’s a physiological control tactic used through monitoring devices, which display data regarding the operation of bodily functions. The devices will monitor blood pressure, heart rate, which is not usually controlled by the conscious but can be.
In just a few short days, using biofeedback patients can learn to control their bodily functions by focusing on temperature. Body temperature works by using one hand, such as the left hand to invoke a rise in temperature up to 10 degrees higher than the normal temperature of the patient’s right hand. The patient contracts the muscles in the hand to control his or her body temperature.
Scientists used a variety of test to see where rising the body temperature would leave them. Applications were used to test animals and people. It was found that when human beings warmed the hands above normal a migraine was triggered by circuits in the brain.
