A brain fitness program may help slow down or prevent alzheimers

Do you need a brain fitness program? Are you starting to forget things or just finding that it’s harder to learn new things and discovering the younger people you work with are much faster than you at grasping or learning new things?

You need a brain fitness program if you’re over thirty most of the above apply to you and if you’re over 40 they all apply. Yes, I know, you under 40 people have a hard time grasping this concept but it’s true. You are slower at learning than you used to be. You are a step slower whether you admit it or not. However you will eventually be forced to admit it, and, if motivated enough or you have enough pride, do something about it.

You see, as you get older your brain gets a bit slower. However, if you use a brain fitness program that doesn’t have to happen to you. The brain and the mind are very complicated things but the brain is also a large muscle that needs exercising. Providing your brain with the exercise it needs can be very hard for some people. Maybe they’ve just developed lazy habits and don’t care.

For those that do care there are customizable brain fitness programs that you can buy to give your brain a workout. Hey, working out your brain is just like working out your body. Brain fitness program benefits

I’ve known about brain fitness for a long time because I read a lot. I make it a habit to learn something new everyday and I do the daily crossword puzzles within the allotted amount of time? That would seem to mean that my brain is pretty fit but the younger group is still much faster than I am. So, if you’re doing pretty much the same things I am to keep your brain fit, it must be obvious to you, as it is to me, that it just isn’t working. What I want is a brain fitness program that will let me compete with the younger workers in my group.

All the above said, the main benefit to me would be that I would;d be as fast as the younger workers at learning and doing new things. To put it simply it would help my ego a ton. It’s hard to be smarter than someone, but not seen that way because of an inability to think fast.

  • Chance of Alzheimers is reduced

There are a lot of things that could be added to the list. Perhaps there are as many brain benefits as there are people trying to develop their own brains.

The days of slowly and quietly going senile are gone. The baby boomers, me included have arrived at retirement age. At 66 I don’t have a senile bone in my body and I don’t expect I ever will. I’m to curious and I don’t mind reading new things or learning new things. That’s what’s really required to keep your brain fit.

Keeping the brain fit and using a brain fitness program or software is just going to become more and more popular as baby boomers age. We are, by nature I think, a very competitive generation and while we may be retiring that doesn’t mean we are going down hill. If it takes a brain fitness program to stay on top, so be it.
