How your reality works
Your reality is related to your background. Evey thing you think, everything you do and everything you believe is part of how you were raised from a child.
Your reality is absolutely biased by what you learned, where you were raised, etc.
Even what you believe is good or bad is different than everyone else. That may be hard to understand but if you were raised in the middle east you may think Americans are bad. If you were raised in America you may think the people in the middle east are bad.
The reality of life is that there are no good or bad people, just people and your perceptions of what’s good and bad.
What your perceptions tell you is not reality. It’s just your version of reality. Remember, we all have our own individual and different realities. Colored by our pasts.
Learn to acept that people are just people and it’s your past experiences that put lables on them that might or might not be correct.
Govt’s want you to hate or dislike who they tell us are enemies but what the govt says is the govt’s reality. It may have it’s own reasons for what it says.
Make your own choices about the judgements you make in your reality and try to keep an open mind. Most people want the very same things. Safety, security and love. That doesn’t make them bad people.
